GENERAL SCREEN PRINTING SUPPLIES
We sell blank screens and ‘pre-exposed screens’. This is a service where we will expose your image onto a screen of your choice so you can avoid purchasing large exposing equipment and spend more time printing. For everything else, you can purchase direct from our suppliers.

INKS & EQUIPMENT FOR WATER BASED SCREEN PRINTING
Waterbased inks are generally used more frequently in home studios and small set ups. This is because it requires less equipment and fewer chemicals to clean up, when used correctly.
INKS & EQUIPMENT FOR PLASTISOL SCREEN PRINTING
It is extremely important to use the correct chemicals with your choice of ink. Incorrect use can cause emulsion to break down and result in a poor printing experience. Plastisol ink is easy to use, gives great results and is our preferred ink choice at Squeegee & Ink. Bare in mind, you will need to cure the ink with proffessional equipment such as a tunnel dryer!

PRESSES & CAROUSELS FOR SCREEN PRINTING
If you plan on printing in bulk, your going to need at least 1 form of press. Hinge clamps are the most basic/cheapest choice but we would always advise investing in something more substantual to achieve a nice print flow.
SCREEN BURNING AND RECLAMATION
If you want to avoid purchasing this equipment or just want to skip the messy bits, we can provide you with a screen pre-burned with your image. We will even reclaim and reburn a new image when you are ready for your next design. Check out our Pre-Exposed Screens here!
